David’s driving passion is to see the next generation of powerful leaders take their place in the church and the marketplace. As an advocate for young people ready to rise up, David carries around him, an environment of faith, and hunger after the purposes of God.
As the National Chairman for Christian Outreach Centre, Australia, David’s vision is to empower and equip the church for the future. This is evident through the apostolic strategies he employs for training and developing church leaders and church planters.
David also serves as the Senior Minister of Empower Church, a thriving church with multiple locations across the city of Sydney and Adelaide.
David’s humility and integrity are marks of a truly great man of God. His preaching is generously interspersed with inspiring statements to live by, personal accounts of faith shared boldly and keys to living a purposeful, productive God-centred life.

A dynamic and passionate speaker, Jack McDonald comes from a strong Godly heritage, yet carries an obvious anointing and a strong call of God on his own life. With an enthusiasm for God’s Word, Jack’s messages impart the spirit of faith, bring revelation and everyday application to the principles of God.

Jack speaks with great relevance to all generations, and his leadership is inspiring. As Associate Pastor at Empower Church Sydney he has an emphasis on building God’s Kingdom, working strategically with churches to see multiplied strength.

Jack & Ashya have been married for 10 years and together they have two miracle children, Isaiah & Eden.
